Very good service! They have always answered my calls and also ordered parts for me when I wanted to fix the appliances on my own. Service has been very good for the repairs I have had them come out to my home to fix. We have moved a bit farther away and I am hoping that if we have an appliance repair need that they will still travel to the new location but then again, I hope I never need them ever again! :)
Worst service anywhere. Called six times , spoke to person twice, ordered a part, never heard back. Cancelled appointment, and warranty work only when convenient for them. Would not recommend to even change a lightbulb in a fridge.
